Privacy policy

This page describes what this site collects, where it goes, and how long it is kept. There is no account to create and nothing to log in to.

Who runs this site

This site is published by Keller Williams Southwest, a real estate team operating under Keller Williams Realty Southwest in Sugar Land, TX. It is written for agents considering joining the team.

The join form

The site collects one thing, a message from an agent who wants to talk. The form asks for your name, your phone number, your email address, and which situation your practice is in. It also asks “Which is hardest right now?” so the first conversation can start there. Some pages also ask your sales volume for the last twelve months. There is nothing else to fill in and nothing optional.

What you send is stored by this site and emailed to Keller Williams Southwest, so that somebody can answer you. It is not sold, and it goes to no one else except the email service that delivers it.

Server logs

The web server that delivers these pages keeps standard access logs. Each entry records the page requested, the time of the request, the IP address the request came from, the browser's user-agent string, and the response the server returned. The logs are used to keep the site working and to see which pages are being fetched, including by search engines and other automated crawlers. Log files are kept for no longer than 90 days.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, a measurement service from Google LLC, to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser, the ones whose names begin with _ga, so that repeat visits from the same browser are counted as one returning reader rather than several new ones.

Google Analytics collects the pages you view, the approximate location Google derives from your IP address, and your device and browser type. That is sent to Google and processed by Google LLC. It is kept separate from what you send through the form on this site, which never reaches Google.
