Who is Keller Williams Southwest?

We opened in Sugar Land in 1991. In 2026, 433 agents work out of our office at 1650 Highway 6, and the office is run by an operating partner who coaches agents for a living. Our agents closed $1 billion in sales in 2025.

Fourteen staff work behind those agents, on marketing, technology and compliance, and a productivity coach works in the office. Coaching is one-on-one and weekly, with classroom training beside it. Every agent has a business plan for the year, reviewed every month.

Agents help run the office too. Twelve of them sit on our Associate Leadership Council, and the council sets the office's strategy. We work by three values: growth, collaboration and community.
